Why can prices change after I choose suburb and instructor?
Each instructor can have different active CRM rates for different suburbs and services. The website shows the final available price after you select your suburb and instructor.
What is included in the 5 Hour and 10 Hour packages?
Packages are prepaid lesson bundles. You can add the package to your lesson basket, then schedule lesson times with the selected instructor where availability is open.
What is included in the Driving Test Package?
The Driving Test Package includes 1 hr before + Car for Test. It is different from Only Car Hire for Test, where you meet directly at the test centre and use the vehicle only.
Do I pay online immediately?
Your request is saved first. If an online payment method is available, the checkout option appears in the booking flow; otherwise First Ride confirms availability and sends payment instructions.
Can I reschedule without a fee?
Yes, rescheduling is free when you give at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may attract the active cancellation fee shown in the CRM terms.
